Henry of Pelham Estate Winery is located at 1469 Pelham Rd, St. Catharines, ON L2R 6P7.

Gather in the main parking lot next to the gazebo.

The parking lot has plenty of free parking.

Policy on Cancellation and Refunds

Please call or email us if you need to change or cancel your Niagara Falls Segway Tours. Customers who cancel at least 24 hours in advance will receive a FULL REFUND.

If a Segway Tour is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, NO REFUND will be issued.

It is your responsibility to arrive on time for your Segway Tour. If you miss your tour, there will be NO REFUND (No Show). BestTours.ca will send you an email with your tour time and location.

If your tour is cancelled for any reason (due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or another method of payment as applicable.
